As Amazon pursues the expansion of its distribution network in Canada, Broccolini continues to prove itself a reliable partner for the multinational e-commerce giant. Broccolini acts in various roles for Amazon, depending on their project-specific requirements. This has allowed Broccolini to come to anticipate Amazon’s needs, to respond proactively, and to deliver on expectations time after time.

For this latest Amazon project, Broccolini is acting as Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of a new fulfillment centre in Ajax, Ontario, approximately 50 kilometres east of Toronto. This new over 1,000,000-sq.-ft. build-to-suit facility will be Amazon’s 10th fulfillment centre in the province. Once complete, the facility will employ more than 1,000 full-time workers, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

This is yet another fast-tracked construction project by Broccolini for Amazon.
